We’ve worked with Leo’s Contracting Group on two different projects now, and they’ve been fantastic both times.

They actually saved us after things went off the rails with our building’s recommended contractor — someone we onlyused in the first place to avoid paperwork headaches. Once Leo and Troy stepped in, everything got back on track. Icannot emphasize enough how much trouble they saved us from, and what they did to ensure we got things squaredaway.

They’re super easy to work with: incredibly communicative, reliable, and just all-around good guys. They do great workand really care about making sure you’re happy with how everything turns out.

Now that the renovations are over, Larry and I want to thank you so much for recommending our contractor and architect.

Alex and Greg at abarchitekten were wonderful. We loved their plans and so much appreciated their ongoing work throughout the project. Greg Hajdo was our guy throughout the renovation and his advice and support were invaluable. The plan and the choice of finishes were perfect. We are so happy.

And Leo and Ivan at Leo's Contracting Group were phenomenal. Their team was wonderful. They were efficient, fast, dedicated, highly skilled, and responsible. As issues came up they dealt with them quickly and always laid out changes in cost or timing so that we could make informed decisions. Their work was wonderful. We love the results!

Our weekly meetings with Greg and Leo and Ivan were cordial and I don't think we ever had a harsh word!
